Keeping a list of HSRs
PCBUs must display a list of HSRs and Deputy HSRs in their workplace. It should include their names and contact details.
PCBUs must display this list:
- at the principal place of business and at any other workplace appropriate to the relevant work groups
- in a prominent place; for example, a noticeboard, a common meeting area or tea room, and the workplace intranet.
This allows workers to easily identify and contact their HSRs if they have any health and safety concerns.
List of health and safety representatives
a list of each health and safety representative and deputy health and safety representative (if any) for each work group of workers carrying out work for the business or undertaking is prepared and kept up to date; and
a copy fo the up-to-date list is displayed —
at the principle place of busines of the business or undertaking; and
at any other workplace that is appropriate taking into account the constitution of the relevant work group or work groups,
in a manner that is readily accessible to workers in the relevant work group or work groups.
for an individual, a fine of $2 500;
for a body corporate, a fine of $12 500.
